Elizabeth has been practicing Chinese Medicine for the past 15 years. She is a graduate of the Minnesota Institute of Acupuncture and Herbal Studies. She received her Masters of Oriental Medicine from Northwestern Health Sciences. Prior to that, she worked as a Radiation Technician in Western medical settings, specializing in cancer care.

In addition to maintaining her private practice in Eden Prairie for the past 15 years,she was the acupuncturist to residents at the Anna Westin House, a residential eating disorder facility in the western metro, Minneapolis, Minnesota. She was on the start-up team for the Justin Kukoski Center for Spiritual and Physical Healing, providing clients with both education about Chinese Medicine and acupuncture services.

Elizabeth is a past president and board member of the Minnesota Acupuncture Association, and currently serves as the president of the Northwestern Health Sciences University Acupuncture Alumni Association. When not working, she enjoys reading, knitting, and cooking.
